ASKED QUESTIONS
General: My colors look completely
wrong.
- Unscrew cable and pull it out of the projector. Take a look at the
Lightware Logo screen. If the logo screen has bad colors, call Tech
Support. If it looks normal (white background, blue border, purple swirl),
continue.
- Examine your cable. The cable is the most likely culprit. Take the
cable out of both sides. Examine the ends for bent pins.
- Examine the input connection on the projector. Make sure all the pins
are present, straight, and not pushed into the projector.
- Re-insert all cables. Turn on the projector, then boot the computer.
- Try a new cable.
- Press the "Reset" button. A dialog box will appear on screen.
Arrow over to "Yes" and press the "Enter" button.
- Macs only: Go to Apple Icon. Go to Control Panel. Go to Monitors and
Sound. Under "Colors", go to "Uncorrected Gamma."
