At just 1.38 inches high the new V3-131 is as thin as
a laptop computer, yet includes the features found in larger projectors!
A unique and innovative retracting lens mechanism allows this model
to be truly the world's thinnest projector!
The V3-131 includes
features and functions designed to get your presentation up and going
quickly! Full automatic sensing and projector adjustment enables
users to instantly achieve an optimized projected image by input
source.
Advanced, next generation features standard on the V3-131: "Eco-Mode," saving
you lamp hours, with only a 20% reduction in brightness; an on-screen
timer to make sure your presentations stay on track.
Further protect your investment: V3 series projectors can be set
to require the input of a password at startup. (We recommend affixing
a label to your projector indicating that it is password-protected
to prevent tampering or theft.) Also, the standard security cable
slot is featured on all PLUS projectors.
The V3-131 offers support for the latest video standards including
480p, 576p, 780p and 1080i HDTV imaging and allows for
video input from sources including component (YCbCr, YPbPr), S-video
and composite video.
Using Texas Instruments' new DMD DLP chip, contrast ratio dramatically
improves with an incredible 2000:1 ratio.
Project crisp, sharp images in which black is really black, and white
is really white. A rich range of gradations enables the faithful
reproduction of subtle color shades, greatly enhancing the picture's
quality. Digital projection has never looked better!

Unique
pop-up lens mechanism enables the V3-Series to be the the
world's thinnest projector. Push a button and the front of
the projector raises to project. Retract the lens when finished
to easily fit anywhere for travel.

incredible Light/Dark contrast at 2000:1! Black is black, and
white is white. This provides clearer images of text and fine
drawings than other low-contrast projectors with the same brightness,
also allowing fine gradations of expression with photographs
and other images.
